Master Setup Module
This lets you set up your business in Retail Max, you may select the type of your business, GST, Ledgers, Units, Expiry Management, and Warranty Management. You may choose to manage multiple businesses and as well as multiple stores. You can configure different settings for different stores.
User Management Module
This module lets you create different roles for your business, e.g. Cashier, Purchase Manager, Accountant, Manager etc. For each role different permission can be defined like read only, edit access or no access etc for all modules. The persmission system is very modular and handy.
POS / Sale Management Module
This module lets you manage sales whether it is normal sale or POS sale at store. It offers multiple payment options like cash, card, credit or mix of the them. You may configure to show certain products to show by default on the top in your POS to boost sales of those products.
Product Management Module
This module lets you create products, you can define its unit, MRP, Discount, Expiry, Warranty, Minimum Stock Quantity, GST, and print their barcodes. Products can be split into various categories and sub-categories. Once created it keeps all the records of purchase and sell.
E-Commerce / Mobile Apps
This module lets you offer mobile apps to your customers so that they can order from the comfort of their homes. We offer native apps for both Android and iOS platforms. Our apps are advanced features like offline access, Fingerprint login, Google login, and Apple login.
Home Delivery Module
This module lets you manage the home delivery of your products, the delivery admin receives the orders from the website and mobile apps in real time. Then he can assign the order to the next available delivery boy, delivery can be tracked by the customers through their apps.
This module lets you generate reports product wise, category wise, brand wise, supplier wise, branch wise and saleman wise. You can also generate reports for Expenses, cash in hand, Profit and Loss and GST. Also, reports for current stock, stock adjustment and stock branch wise can be generated.
